01. Tell us about your person
Use our interest form to share your city, preferred schedule, language preferences, and the activities that sound enjoyable. You can inquire for yourself, a parent, a relative, or a friend. Choose the senior form for an adult 60+, or the child form for someone age 14 or younger. A parent or guardian makes a child’s request. Leave medical records and financial details out of the form.
02. Talk through fit and preferences
The next step is a conversation about interests, personality, boundaries, and availability. Seniors should be part of the decision; parents or guardians plan children’s visits. We check the backgrounds of all caregivers. A companion complements family relationships while respecting personal preferences.
03. Confirm arrangements before visits begin
For senior visits, the first senior is $40/hour (regular $75/hour). Each additional senior in the same visit is $20/hour (regular $40/hour). Senior visits have a two-hour minimum: $80 for one senior, $120 for two, or $160 for three at the promotional rate. Children’s visits have a regular rate of $75/hour for the first child, currently discounted to $40/hour; each additional child has a regular rate of $40/hour, currently discounted to $20/hour; children’s visits also have a two-hour minimum ($80 for one child at the promotional rate). Visit length and full price are confirmed in the quote. Before service begins, suitability, scope, visit arrangements, scheduling, cancellation terms, and applicable operating requirements must be confirmed. An inquiry starts the conversation; booking follows your acceptance of the agreed arrangements.
04. Enjoy time at a comfortable pace
Our approach is to begin with a comfortable introduction and an activity the person wants to share. A visit might mean talking over tea, reading, listening to music, or enjoying a game together. There is no pressure to fill every minute.
05. Keep communication respectful
Family updates should be discussed with the older adult’s consent. Agree on what can be shared and who can receive it. Companionship updates are not health assessments or guarantees of safety.
