Joy Visits is accepting client inquiries. A visit is booked only after we confirm availability, suitability, activities, schedule, and total price with you.

Background checks

We check the backgrounds of all caregivers before they provide visits.

Right to refuse or end service

Joy Visits reserves the right to decline a request, suspend a visit, or end services when there are safety concerns, harassment, threats, inappropriate conduct, requests outside our service scope, lack of availability, or needs we cannot reasonably meet. A caregiver may stop a visit and leave an unsafe situation. Decisions are made consistently with applicable law, nondiscrimination obligations, and any existing service agreement.

Respectful conduct

Clients, family members, guests, and caregivers must treat one another respectfully. Threats, unwanted touching, sexual harassment, violence, and discriminatory abuse are not acceptable. Tell us about household conditions that could affect the agreed visit before it begins.

Senior companionship

Senior visits are for adults age 60+. They focus on conversation, shared hobbies, reading, games, music, and social connection. They do not include nursing, medication administration, bathing, toileting, lifting, transfers, therapy, transportation of clients, financial account access, or continuous safety supervision.

Children’s activity visits

Parents or legal guardians may inquire for children age 14 and under. We confirm the youngest ages we can accommodate, age-appropriate activities, number of children, visit length, and whether a parent or guardian must remain present before accepting a booking. Submitting an inquiry does not mean every age or supervision arrangement can be accommodated. These visits are not tutoring, therapy, or medical care.

Prices and booking terms

Senior companionship: regular rate $75/hour for the first senior, currently discounted to $40/hour. Each additional senior in the same visit has a regular rate of $40/hour, currently discounted to $20/hour. Senior visits have a two-hour minimum: $80 for one senior at the promotional rate, plus $40 per additional senior for the same two-hour visit. Children’s activities: regular rate $75/hour for the first child, currently discounted to $40/hour; each additional child has a regular rate of $40/hour, currently discounted to $20/hour in the same visit. Children’s visits have a two-hour minimum: $80 for one child at the promotional rate, plus $40 per additional child for the same two-hour visit. Visit length and total cost are confirmed in the written quote. Availability and suitability apply.

We confirm the total price, payment timing, cancellation and rescheduling terms, and any additional charges in writing before you accept a booking. No payment is collected through this inquiry form. Contact us for current discounted pricing.

Optional profile photos

Photos help us prepare for a visit and are optional. Upload a photo only if you have permission; a parent or legal guardian must authorize a child’s photo. Photos are kept with the private inquiry record and are not published on the website or social media. Upload permission is not marketing permission. See our privacy notice.
